How compute credits, credit packs, and subscription billing work.

You are only charged for a simulation run that actually completes and returns results. If a run fails to build or fails during simulation, or if you cancel a run that is still queued or running, the compute credit already debited for that run is automatically credited back to your balance in full. No request is needed — this happens the moment the run reaches its failed or cancelled state.
A retried run is a new, separately priced and separately charged run — the credit-back does not carry forward as a free retry.
Credit packs are a one-off purchase (available in $10 and $25 packs) that top up your compute balance. The full pack amount is credited to your balance as soon as the Stripe checkout completes.
The private-model subscription ($100/month USD) is billed in advance and keeps a project visible only to the people you invite. To cancel, contact us — we process the cancellation on our end.
Cancelling stops future billing. It never automatically makes a private project public again — a project you have made private stays private, and it is entirely your decision whether to change its visibility afterwards.
Subscription payments are not currently eligible for a partial-period refund.
Access is not withdrawn immediately. You will see a renewal reminder while our payment provider automatically retries the charge on its usual schedule. Private-model access is only withdrawn once that process concludes without a successful payment.
